Yovchovata House
A place with character and tranquillity
Yovchovata House was built in 1895 by the Bulgarian volunteer Yovcho Nenkov. It is located in the village of Neykovtsi, very close to the 19th-century St. Dimitar Church. The house was restored in 2004, carefully combining its traditional style with comfortable furnishings for a relaxing stay.
The house offers guest rooms, a fully equipped traditional tavern, two bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area with a veranda. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The house has mobile network coverage and cable television. Neykovtsi is surrounded by deciduous forests and offers excellent conditions for walking and hiking.

The history of the house
A home that preserves history
This house was once home to Yovcho Nenkov Kolev - a Bulgarian volunteer born in 1856, who served in the 3rd and 6th volunteer units during 1876 - 1878.
The memorial plaque and preserved documents tell the story of the man and his time, which remain part of the history of this home.
